Johku Seurahuone – a hotel in the heart of Johkula

Seurahuone has been the meeting place of Johkula centre since 1929. The train stops outside the door, lunch is served on weekdays from 10.30 am and the rooftop saunas are warm every evening. Book a room, a table or a meeting directly with us.

40 rooms next to the station

Choose from single rooms to suites; our lake-side Superior rooms look out over the harbour of Lake Johku. Every room has a private bathroom, a desk and fast Wi-Fi. Breakfast is served 6.30–10 am on weekdays and 7.30–11 am at weekends. Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by noon. Book a flexible rate you can cancel until 6 pm the day before arrival, or save with a non-refundable rate.

Lunch and dinner at Restaurant Seurahuone

On weekdays from 10.30 am to 2 pm we serve a lunch buffet with soup, two hot dishes and a salad bar. Tuesday to Saturday 5–10 pm the à la carte menu features Finnish classics such as fried vendace and Wallenberg steak. Sunday lunch is served 12–3 pm.

Meetings a short walk from the train

The Cabinet seats 10, the Kamari 24 and the Mirror Hall 80. Meeting packages include the room, equipment, coffee breaks and lunch; the 24-hour package adds a room, sauna and dinner.

Rooftop sauna floor

Hotel guests can use the women's and men's saunas every evening 5–9 pm. The fireplace sauna can be booked for your own group of up to 12.

Johkula on your doorstep

Johkula-talo, the cultural centre and home of Johku Teatteri, is 300 m away and the harbour and Johku Sauna 500 m. In winter the ski bus to Johku Fell leaves from the station across the street.
